Cheesecake TSANOS



  1. Grind the cookies and mix well with the butter.

  2. Press the cookie mix in a round pan that opens on the side to form a crust.

  3. Bake at 180° for 10 minutes. Let it cool.

  4. In mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, condensed milk, cream and the lemon juice with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.

  5. Pour the mixture on top of the crust and refrigerate until it sets.

  6. Top with myrtle marmalade and serve.
